My journey has taken me through many seasons of change, personally and professionally, and I consider it a privilege to now help others navigate their own transitions, whether that means shifting careers, stepping into leadership, or pursuing personal growth.

Home for me is a quiet farm where I live with my wife, Melissa, our young son, and a lively group of animals including five cats, a dog, and three horses. Life here keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, adaptability, and appreciating the small moments.

 

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, along with certifications as a SHRM-CP and a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach. My career has spanned sales, operations, and human resources across several industries, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges and uncertainties that come with career transitions.

The name “Vespertide” holds special meaning for me. It refers to the evening or the close of day, a time for reflection, renewal, and preparation for what comes next. I believe every transition offers a similar opportunity: to pause, take stock, and set a new course with intention.

Two quotes have guided my approach: “You’re the same person today that you’ll be five years from now except for the books you read and the people you meet,” and “Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.” These ideas inspire the work I do at The Vespertide Group, where my goal is to support people as they explore new directions and strive for meaningful growth.
