Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled coaching appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the session, will be charged the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an effective schedule for all clients
